Scholarships
The following scholarships are available to undergraduate students majoring in agricultural education:
- Minnesota FFA Foundation scholarships
- The Stanley Sahlstrom Agricultural Education Scholarship
- Joanna Schmitt Memorial Scholarship
- The W. Forrest Bear Agricultural Education Scholarship
- Minnesota Agricultural Education Leadership Council (MAELC) scholarships
- Joseph Kemen Scholarship
- Elmer Ziegenhagen Scholarship
- The Morris H. Tritrud Scholarship for returning students
Current students and transfer students may also apply for:
- College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences (CFANS) scholarships
- College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) scholarships
- Additional Grant and Scholarship Resources
When and How Do I Apply?
To be considered for University-wide scholarships, simply submit the application for freshman or transfer admission. There is no separate application! Admitted freshman and transfer students are considered for University-wide Scholarships based on overall assessment of their admissions application.
Priority scholarship consideration is given to student whose complete admissions applications are received by the priority application deadline. Those who apply after that date will be considered on a funds-available basis, though it is unlikely that funds will be available at that time. Students receiving scholarships will be notified by the end of March of their senior or transfer year.
