CFANS First Time at LeaderShape
LeaderShape, an organization focused on college student leadership development, has been offering a week-long institute for nearly 30 years. The institute gives college students the opportunity to come together with their peers, learn about themselves, explore issues they care about, and grow as leaders with integrity. The University of Minnesota has participated for some time, hosting an annual institute at the end of winter break for students in the Carlson School of Management and the College of Sciences & Engineering. This year, CFANS students were invited for the first time. We are excited to be able to offer this opportunity to interested students in Agricultural Education and Agricultural Communication & Marketing! Could this be the next step in your leadership development? It's never too early to start thinking about next year's LeaderShape Institute!
