Best of Luck to our 2015-2016 Teacher Candidates!

After the winter break, classes resume and most college students will be back to work as usual. But this spring, our campus will no longer be “home” for some of our Agricultural Education students. Beginning in February, 13 ag ed students will be scattered throughout Minnesota, fulfilling dreams they've had since starting their academic career at the U of M. These students will be spending their spring semester off-campus, taking the lessons and skills they have learned throughout their degree program and applying them as teacher candidates!

Amy Grotsun, an Agricultural Education senior, will be student teaching at Medford High School. "I am very excited for student teaching this spring. I am looking forward to learning more about other ag programs and to work with students in the classroom," she says.
