The Agricultural Education, Communication and Marketing program works to prepare students for high-demand careers within the agricultural community through hands-on classes, highly-applicable course material, and a collaborative and supportive professional community of students, professors, and alumni. We believe that our students are the future leaders and communicators of the agricultural industry. By choosing to pursue a degree in the Agricultural Education, Communication and Marketing program, you are tapping into the expansive network, resources, and possibilities of a Big 10 university while embracing the small, tight-knit community found within CFANS on the University of Minnesota Saint Paul Campus.

AgriCast
Our AECM program is proud to launch Agricast, a digital resource and website dedicated to sharing science concepts and stories. The platform includes content produced by our students, including lesson plans, podcasts, virtual field trips, and a video library with stories on topics like women in agriculture, winter life of insects, microbes, and food and culture. Visit the Agricast website to take a look at what our talented students are creating!
