Biography

Natasha Mortenson is from Danvers, MN, and grew up nearby on a crop farm, which her husband now operates.  They also have a small registered cow-calf herd.  She has two children, Grace and Cowan, who are both agriculturists to the core.  Natasha completed her Undergraduate Degree in Ag Ed in 2001 and her Masters Degree in Ag Ed in 2006.  She spent 14 years in the high school agricultural education classroom, teaching agriculture and advising the FFA program.  A  new opportunity to work in community relations brought her work to Riverview, LLP for over 8 years. Natasha is focused on developing opportunities for career awareness and readiness through the Minnesota FFA Association and serves as the Executive Director of the MN FFA Alumni and Supporters. She is passionate about agriculture and promotes the importance of agricultural education for all youth. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking sourdough bread, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
