Food and Agricultural Marketing Campaigns

Campaigns allows students to take the skills they have learned across their ACM courses and AFNR focal areas to develop an integrated marketing campaign for a food or agricultural product or service. In this course, students work in teams as an advertising agency to take a product from its development to the public market. Using marketing, advertising, and public relations skills paired with technical skills of audio and video production as well as layout and design; students complete the course with a team-developed campaign they can share with prospective employers that displays their ability to work on a team and highlight their skills within a team.
