B.S., Agricultural Education, University of Minnesota
I grew up on a dairy farm near Austin, MN. Upon graduating from the University of Minnesota in 1979, I became the caretaker of the Agricultural Education program at Goodhue Public Schools. I taught there for 35 years. I have been fortunate to be able to continue my work in agricultural education as the instructor of the two agricultural mechanics courses offered through AECM here at the University of Minnesota.
I currently live in Red Wing, MN. I'm married to the best wife ever, Julie, and we have three adult children. In addition to working at the University of Minnesota, I'm also employed by Sargent's Nursery in Red Wing. I enjoy gardening, spending time with my family, and watching the Minnesota Vikings. Skol!
